Boarding will begin 15 minutes prior to scheduled cruise time. Please allow extra time for parking and traffic.

Online maps will sometimes give you an inaccurate location. Once you are at the convention center, walk towards the Sail Pavilion and Big Rays down onto the Riverwalk. You may see the yellow Pirate Water Taxi ticketbooth, the Lost Pearl will pull up directly to the right of the booth!
There are many nearby parking garages, such as the Tampa Convention Center Garage, Pam Iorio Parking Garage, or Fort Brooke Garage. Street parking may also be available.
Parking is not included in your ticket price. We do not own or operate any parking garages.
Please allow extra time to find parking. The Lost Pearl is not able to wait if passengers are late due to parking.

We cruise rain or shine. All tickets are fully transferable. If you’d like to move your reservation to a future date, please send us an email info@tampapirateship.com or call 813-223-7999 prior to your scheduled departure time. If the cruise is shortened due to weather we will provide a raincheck. If the cruise is cancelled due to weather we will provide a raincheck or full refund.
All reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made. However, we offer optional Trip Protection, which allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before your departure and receive either a full reimbursement or store credit, excluding the Trip Protection fee
Our crew will make every effort to spot dolphins during your cruise. However, we cannot guarantee dolphins will be spotted.
Adults on board can enjoy complimentary adult beverages and take in the breathtaking views of the Bay, while kids on board will get trained up into pirates by playing games. Any adults wishing to have some child-free time are recommended to sit up on the upper decks, as the little scallywags will be occupied on the main deck for the majority of the cruise.

We are U.S. Coast Guard certified and have adult and child life jackets aboard the Lost Pearl.
Your full-priced admission now includes complimentary soda, domestic beer, house wine and house spirits. Snacks are available for purchase.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed aboard the Lost Pearl unless the drink is in an official Friends of the Riverwalk Cup. If you’ve purchased a birthday package you may bring a cake aboard the ship.
Only registered service animals are permitted.
Strollers are permitted aboard the ship, but they much be folded up prior to boarding.

Yes, we offer one birthday package per public cruise. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Or you may privately charter the entire ship.
Yes, for the safety of all guests bags are subject to a search by the Captain or Crew prior to boarding the vessel.
Due to the changing nature of the tides, wheelchairs can not roll on to the ship. Guests must be able to ascend and descend several steps, and/or walk a 12′ gangway.

Yes, the crew will take boarding pictures as each group boards the vessel. These pictures will be available for purchase on board during the cruise.
On occasion, Lost Pearl will have a photographer on board to take photos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your photo to be taken, please let the photographer or a member of our staff know.
